How can my Italian oncologist friend get equivalency to work as an

oncologist (cancer doctor) in the UK? Again, it's in the title. My friend has worked as a fully qualified cancer specialist in Italy (she is Italian) for about 10 years, and wishes to know how she goes about getting equivalency for doing the same work in UK hospitals. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
