Is he worth having as a friend?

He talks to me practically every time I have a class with him, (He has a gf so I don't think he likes me like that.) and sometimes he does stuff like that and is so sweet. But most of the time, he calls me a b**** (and I call him a b****** back and he says just kidding love ya.) And will call me other things like dumb a** ( I cuss back at him though.) He has another friend who is a girl who he acts nicer towards for some reason and yesterday we did a lab in my science class and the whole time (we were in a group together.) He'd sneak up behind me and grabbed my waist, (he scared the sh** out of me!) (for the lab we had to weigh ourselves on a Kilogram scale, for the people who were running in our lab.) And he said C'mon lets go and picked me up, and put me on the scale. I though it was kinda weird, though. Later on yesterday he and I were arguing about when I had my phone taken up (which I blamed him for, but I take responsibility for now.) who's fault it was. And someone who is friends with his friend who is a girl asked me if I have a bf, I said no and he goes up to me and says. And you never will. He usually says smart a** comments like that to me or we’ll get in a fight over something stupid like when I had my phone taken up. (But we forgive each other.) I know he doesn’t like me like that, because he has a gf, so is he worth having as a friend?
