My friends are jealous =[?

I have four best friends who I love to death, but they always seem to get kind of jealous. I don't hold a high opinion about myself and I really don't think I am as gorgeous as it is worked up to be when people talk to me, but I do know that most of the boys in my grade like me. I also get really good grades (as of recently) and broke out of my cute but ditsy phase and now many boys like me for me..and unfortunately my body. But now I am finding my "bffs" all roll their eyes whenever I get a comment from someone about my looks or something I am good at or teachers or anything, and it really bothers me. Before I didnt care when someone acted bitchy or jealous...but now the people are my best friends. I can't make comments about how someone likes me while I am debating whether I like them back, or talk about myself without purposefully insulting my body or brain or something out of fear that I will come off conceited. I really miss my old friends-the ones who I could have fun with.
