Ok. I have friend/boyfriend issues?

Since this schoolyear began, every one of the guys I have liked have ended up liking my best friend. She knows this, and still she flirts. Once inccident I was dating this guy who liked her also, and you know what she did? She talked to him online about dating, and eventually he dumped me for her!! Then she didnt even like him, and she knew I did, and she kept on dating him! And now I feel its happening again. I really like this guy and for awhile he liked me. But now it feels like he's leaning more toward her b/c she's been flirting with him. I really thought she was my best friend but I'm starting to have doubts. What should I do?
