Not accepting as a friend?

All,

I have a colleague at my office and finding few issues. She is cute and young. I am married and she is also aware of this. I just want her to be as my friend, just talk a lot and thats it. At times, she willingly talks to me and sometimes just for namesake..she talks to me. Dont know what is she expecting from me.. i am not looking for anything dirty from her..i want her to be my close friend..but she is not willing.. don't know why.. any ideas/tips..so that i can gain her confidence.. difficult to understand girls mentality..

Maybe you could just tell her that you want her to be a close friend. Perhaps she is not used to having men as friends, maybe she's misinterpreting your openess as coming onto her.
