My Friend as Uncontrolably POOFY hair?

She's always complaining and sh asks if I can switch hair with here a lot JK. How does she make it straight.
She has Tried relaxing it and that did nothing
If she wets it it get slightly wavy
Brushing makes it frizzy
So Now WAT

What's wrong with wavy hair? I would rather have it natural and healthy as opposed to stressed and dry from a flattening iron. Those are so bad for your hair. I have wavy hair and I am just fine!
