My Friend Has Stage 4 Cancer And Lives With Elderly Mother. They Are In Need Of Financial Help. We Put Together A Benefit For Her But Will Only Raise A Small Sum (lots Of Work, Little Gain). Does Anyone Have Suggestions For Other Sources Of Donations? She Lives In Springfield, Pa (delaware County. Thank You!

The American Cancer Society can be of great help. I know they have a 24/7 hot line, but usually going into you local unit is better. They can not only help you with money, but rides to treatment, counseling for patient and family, prosthetic wigs, hair wraps, make up, etc. They are also absolutely discrete and incredibly knowledgable.
