12? omg. She needs to tell her parents, she cant hide it. And the longer she waits to tell them the more difficult its going to be

Her parents need to know as soon as possible. I wonder if you or she knows how important or serious it is, especially for her health, if she doesn't tell them this week you must do so or at least tell your parents so they can help you to help her.

Tell her parents if you know that she wouldn't get mad at you.

Do what they did in Juno...be there for her
