my friend is sponsoring her kids to come to Canada should she include the kid that

died also.? my friend have five kids and one died like 8 months ago and she is sponsoring the others to come to canada but there is also a big problem the dad was taking care of the kids he doesn't want them to go, he doesn't have full custody. what should she do?
