My friend likes this guy, and I know he likes her back. She won't talk to him, or tell him how she feels. How can I convince her to?

Well if you cant make her say something first then try to make him say something to her. If they both want say anything to each other than try to make them friends. If they really like each other then they will be talking pretty soon.

You have to reassure her that he likes her too and try and instill into her the confidence she needs to go up and talk to him.
