Should this man really have to spend 4 or 5 years in prison for what his

Don't get me wrong. I don't think that Christopher Burda should have handed the gun to Nancy Choquette. However, I can't help but think that since Choquette actually chose to pull the trigger herself, Burda shouldn't be imprisoned.
