I have two friends from class. One confessed to me that she had sex with the

other. He has a girlfriend...? and doesnt seem like the type to do this at all. Im not incredibly close to either one, but I know the guy a lot better than i know the girl. I promised her I wouldnt say anything, but its starting to bug me. Should I confront the guy to see if its true? Should i just ignore it and pretend i know nothing?
normally, i wouldnt care at all, but this girl had no problem telling me within a few minutes of seeing me, so who else might she tell? and if she does it could ruin his relationship if its not true. thats the only reason i would want to ask him if its true. im not about to go around telling people they did it.
