I am not receiving emails from one particular friend.?

I have a friend that has a Yahoo account and when she sends me emails I never get them. She is not on my blocked list. If she sends an email to a group of us, one of them can reply back and I get it then. So I know she does not have my address wrong. Please, does anyone know what I can do to fix this.

all i can suggest is try and reload your browser and your home page,that way you will have all your original settings by default,incase anything is at fault because of changes,that's what i do when i cant identifie a problem,there as also been alot of problems regarding service with all the up grading taking place we are supposed to be seeing the last of it they are apparently dealing with the security issues,we have all suffered to some degree some more than others.i wish you luck.
