HELP ME GIRLZ I like my best friend and I don't know wut to do?

I like my best friend. She never shows signs of liking me and I don't want to ask her out for that reason. Should I listen and talk and just look cute, should I get close, do I just kiss her? I hug her all the time. That is just something my clique does. I have no Idea how to charm her. Give me lots of details girls. I really really don't want to ruin my chances with her. She likes someone else too. He is in a city 2oo miles away, so I want to know what I should do Thanks girls!
