What do i say to a friend who is losing a parent?

I have known this girl my entire life through church and school. We have never really talked much but lately we are becoming closer. She is one of the most loving and beautiful people i have ever met, with a smile that melts my heart. I want to so badly tell her how much i love her and how much i want to help. She has suffered through so much, her brother died at the age of 10, her mother lost both of her breasts to cancer, and her father was diagnosed with brain cancer 2 years ago and has outlived many of the doctor's predictions. I dont know what to do, what to say, or how to act. She is so beautiful, so pure, so perfect, it's killing me to see her go through so much pain. She is not one of those people that likes to show she is hurting either, i have only seen her cry once since i have known her. Simply saying "I am here for you if you need someone to talk to" isn't enough, because i know she would never come out and ask for help. What should i do to let her know i am there for her?
