my brother...his girl...shes my best friend? normal to be jealous?

oookkk..so my best friend is my brothers girlfriend. well ex girl but they still talk and have sex and stuff...
well she lives in another state and is where i am for spring break
i am a little jealous that she wants to stay with my brother for the first few nights that she is here. and i feel that maybe he is more important to her than me. even though my mom told me she was talking about me the whole trip here. and we have been friends for nearly 4 years [in may]. she is seriously in love with my brother..seriously i mean it.
it just bothers me that she is with him right now and not me. she considers me as her little sister and introduces me as her sister to all her friends. i love this girl to death and could trust her with my life. i would kill for her. am i too over bearing? am i over reacting too jealous? what should i do.?
