| Genealogy help? Steele from Gregg county TX? I've been looking for information on my great grandfather for some time, but cant find anything. All i know about him is that his name is T. A. Steel and lived in Gladewater, Tx (Gregg County)at some point, and married to Maudie Tucker. she was born April 27, 1919 and died in 1938(burried: Wehoba, near Avery; undertaker: Everett and Welch), she had 2 children who were later adopted and thier last names are now Nelson. Maudie was born to William Washington Tucker and Romie Jackson in DeKalb, Tx. Hope this helps a little bit, and thanks for your time =)      |
