when you trace the genealogy up to Adam human beings are only 6000 years old?

And most Christians and almost every muslim believes this dumb idea. Anyone who believes that human life can be only 6000 years old has no brain at all right?

If this is the form of anti intellectualism that religions keep promoting then dont you think that the sooner these religious texts are dispatched into museums the better it is for the human race?

xians can't escape facts. ignoring carbon dating, the fact is that beer was being brewed by sumerians long before then so I am severely non-plussed when someone tells me that the bible is supposed to be an accurate record of the age of the world. LOL.

Most Christians do NOT believe human life is only 6000 years. The genealogies come to dead ends and are not in the Bible to tell time.
