Combining a business degree with an interest in food/culinary?

Hi, I'm a sophomore going onto my junior year at a 4 yr state university. I'm currently a Business Major thinking about becoming an accountant. However, my real passion would be to have a career in the food/culinary industry. How can I combine my business degree with this field? Also, I need a minor to graduate.. any suggestions for a minor?
(I'm more so interested in the business aspect of the industry than the actual cooking practice.)
(Btw, my school does not offer a minor in food-related subjects.. the closest thing is Art Design)

Why don't you minor in culinary science. You should be able to take a minor outside your current field of study.

There is always a need for a business major in any field. If you enjoy food/culinary industry why don't you focus on managing a 5 star restraunt.
