What should I be when I grow up as a career?

I have an interest in so many things, it's very difficult to choose.
My interests are:
*philosophy
*art ***************
*astronomy
*science
*biology
*psychology
*inventing
*medicine
*history ( depending... )
*anatomy
*different diseases
*psychological behavior and diseases

I probably have a few more interests which I don't remember.
