do online schools meet the probation employment/school requirements?

i've been on probation for over 2 yrs. but recently become unemployed. being on probation u have to either have a job or be going to college. otherwise you'll be violated. i think if ur going to college u have to attend so many hours, or days, or something.

so what i'm wondering is do online school/colleges such as penn foster meet the requirements of being on probation?
