Deciding on career path with bio major, what its called that i want to do....??

Im a college freshman majoring in biology. Right now I want to go pre-med and possibly be a pediatrician working with only younger children and babies. But also i think it would be awesome to work with kids who have autism and downs syndrome, but i DO NOT want to be a teacher or work at an elementary school.

what is it called that i want to do?? i honestly have no clue.

i was think maybe a child therapist, but would that utilize my bio major??

HELP!!!!
