Mrs.Cullen ????? has a spectacular aura about
losing weight for an event??

Okayy so ive gained some weight recently (as i do every winter! lol) and i want to use this opportunity to lose some weight. I am not overweight but im worried that I will become overweight if i dont stop this constant eating of junk food!

i want to try and lose about 2 lbs per week. i am 14. how many calories should I eat everyday to do this??
i also cant exercise cus i dont hve the time and i get very dizzy and feel exremly drowsy when i exercise.

o and what are some healthy foods to eat as snacks?? the only fruit i like are apples unless the are from the farmers market because the kinds from the grocery store are hard and bitter!! are organic fruits better?? i didnt think tht they were going to taste ne better cus they r also shipped from very far away...

I am the best ...DUH!!!!! has a spectacular aura about
hi ...
you have to throw all junk food and start to eat healthy !!!
I know its hard but you have to in order to have a slim body

as for the exercises .... its not an excuse that you don't have time!!!!you are still young ,you didn't marry and have children!!!!just at least half an hour jog or do something!

about the healthy snacks ..... eat celery ,carrot or lettuce it wont make you feel hungry and you won't gain weight as well as you'll have lots and lots of vitamins

i hope i really helped!!
lulu

i wish you all the best luck

Well, all that I can really tell you is to just try to maby do some sit-ups. try about 100. that's what I do, and i'm also 14, and have the same issue. but don't do crunches, because that only works your upper abs and you won't get the same resaults. also do the sit-ups about every two days. maby even before you get in the shower. instead of the junk, try celery, they are a negative calorie food, which means that they burn off more calories to eat it, then it has in the food itself.

Hope this helps(:

first of all you're way too young to worry about dieting...and of course you're going to gain weight if you're eating junk food. diet and exercise go hand in hand so it's kinda hard only doing one. even simply walking for half an hour everyday is great exercise. maybe you should go see a doctor if you get dizzy or you're not hydrated enough when you work out. the normal calorie intake for your age depends on your weight, which you didn't mention, but i'm guessing around 2500 because you're still growing. just try to cut back on the fatty/sugary foods and you'll be fine. don't worry about it.
