i have 4 questions for this geography case study I'm doing. if anyone can help me with these questions, i would help a lot thank you.

1) Identify three reasons that might lead people to leave their homeland to work in distant countries.

2) Migrant workers come to Ontario mainly from the Caribbean. Compare their travelling distance to that of Amin and Ahmed **

3) Explain what an "invisible benefit" might be in terms of the migrant's remittance **

4) Make a list of the things you think are absolute basic human needs. Don't forget emotional needs.

Persian GUlf Migrant Workers
Amin Sharif, age 30, and his brother Ahmed, age 24, live in Lahore, Pakistan. Each year for the last three years, they have worked 11 months a year in the oilfields of Saudi Arabia. They live in a compound with over 500 other workers from countries around this region like India, Bangladesh, and Egypt.
