Need help with a 9th grade geography project?

My nephew needs help with a mock resolution for a mock UN trial, his subjects are, womans right to education in Africa, and global warming, any advise, or jumping off points would help alot, maybe even a sample resolution to get him started.

Thanks in advance, I would help but I don't know much about resolutions or the UN.
My nephew is accualy very smart, this is a rareity that he needs help, I already took a look in his text books but nothing in there is a help, He has been trying to figure it out for the past few days, so I thought I would give him a hand.

Ask you nephew a few more questions because he must have been given some guidance in class. Take a look at his books. You may get a clue from there.

Basically, homework is used to reinforce what has already been taught, so don't go too soft on him. He should be able to do it himself.
