Hello I just changed my major from MIS to Geography so my question is are there

alot of jobs in this field? I hated programming in MIS which is short for management information systems and just wanted to know my options in Geography. What I wan't to specialize in is GIS-Geographical Information Systems at the university that I am attending. I heard that the classes in this major are very challenging but I think I will be able to handle it for I have a passion for Geography. I always have and always will. So another question is, are the classes in Geography particularily in GIS hard? What I mean by difficult is did you struggle to keep a good grade in the class and how did other do in the class? I want to become a GIS Analyst and am not sure about salary. I hope it is good but please only people who have or are majoring in Geography answer this question because I would really like to know. Also anyone who has a GIS or Geography position are encouraged to answer this question. Thank you for the help. Also I already now about salary.com
