your not really an atheist, you are agnostic, it really doesn't change much though, what's your response using science, I believe Amelia Earhart is in a big giant cave somewhere under the ocean where she found the fountain of youth and is living happily breathing oxygen and eating fish.================================since science has only mapped all the ocean geography from space, and has yet to visually see all the ocean (bottom 1/3 anyway) how can you disprove this, and be 100 sure and able to prove that I'm wrong.================================moreover, as some of you continue to quote science as a foundation for atheism, you would not only need to know everything about the ocean to disprove Amelia, but everything about everything to have SCIENTIFIC proof God or any other deity doesn't exist.=============================If you can't disprove Amelia using science, you cannot be an atheist using science either, as some of you may be.

your not really an atheist, you are agnostic, it really doesn't change much though, what's your response I agree, ALL CHRISTIANS, and ALL ATHEIST are ALL AGNOSTIC whether they like it or not. Because NOBODY and I mean NOBODY, not even the POPE knows 100% for sure.

your not really an atheist, you are agnostic, it really doesn't change much though, what's your response My response is that I could give a rat's heiny butt what some internet dork wants to label me as.Call me atheist.Call me agnostic.Call me Christian but confused.Call me evil.Call me fat, dumb, stupid, short, mislead, rude, sinful, or too proud. It really does not matter to me one iota what you want to call me because you do not matter in MY world.

your not really an atheist, you are agnostic, it really doesn't change much though, what's your response Technically you may be correct, however, I assign to the existence of interventionist personal gods the same probability that I assign to, say, the existence of leprechauns.Which is 0,000[lots of zeros]0001%, or something close to that. In that light, does it make sense to call me an agnostic? No.Also "science" is not my foundation for atheism, it is the sheer lack of evidence for all gods in human history and the abundant evidence that it is a bunch of bronze- and iron age superstition.

your not really an atheist, you are agnostic, it really doesn't change much though, what's your response Your initial premise is incorrect.I suggest that most atheists are so NOT because of science but because of a knowledge of history, religious history and, most important of all, the total lack of any credible evidence that any god is real.Science comes along as a reinforcement to these ideals rather than a kick-starter.

your not really an atheist, you are agnostic, it really doesn't change much though, what's your response Atheists aren't required to have a degree in science, or even a general knowledge of it. The only thing that makes one an atheist is simply not believing in any god.Why do people equate atheism with extensive knowledge in science? Not the worst generalization by far, but wrong nonetheless.
