You could do it on Soy or soy beans. Years ago they were virtually useless, now they are a huge business - soy based baby formula, soy milk, soy products for people who are alergic to milk...etc. There has also been some people that say the reason there are more people with food alergies today than there was in the past is because we have soy in a lot of our food products now. Years ago, mothers never gave their kids soy milk and they were fine, now in the past 20 yrs when soy milk was introduced, there are more kids with food alergies ( this is around the time kids started having severe nut and other food aleregies) than ever before in history.
