drivers of your devices are not installed properly, you have to find drivers of these devices and install them again. if you have a driver installation dvd that come with your computer, you can use it or you have to find it from internet.

its probably just warning you that when you want to remove the hardware, safetly remove it....thats if you have an antivirus...
if you dont have an antvirus get one because that could be a virus, i suggest using Kaspersky 7 its very good....also are you sure your usb is put in tight, like isn't wabbling around at the back....

The USB mass storage device is probably your jump drive you have plugged into your computer, or anything else you can store files onto. The USB ADSL LAN Modem, I assume you have a wireless usb modem hooked up to your pc so you can connect wirelessly. Anything that isn't connected directly to the motherboard could show up as safely remove hardware. My HP printer shows up as safely remove hardware and usb jump drives. I noticed this problem after I installed windows updates to my pc. This isn't going to corrupt your pc or anything. If you unplug these devices the notification will go away. There is another alternative if you want to reconfigure your system directory, but do not recommend for newbs. Just another annoying update we have to deal with.
