My Windows is missing "Safety Remove Hardware" icon. Does 'eject' my USB Flash

Drive in 'My Computer' help? My Windows have a problem. It does not display the "Safety Remove Hardware" icon for every USB devices connected. The icon is not hidding.

I plan to resolve this issue by reinstall Windows after I finish all my school projects.

I want to ask that if I open My Computer, right click my USB Flash drive, and then choose 'Eject', does this safe for removing my USB Flash Drive?

No big deal. Recent hardware does not need removing. Wait until any writes are finished, usually shown by blinking, and then yank.
