What is good point-to-point VPN bridge hardware?

Here is a basic diagram of what I am trying to do:

Office1 (10.1.1.X) -----INTERNET------- Office2(10.1.1.x)

Currently I am doing this with OpenVPN, and it works well, but if I leave this company, then I am leaving my assistant in a lurch, so I am asking what kind of hardware makes both a good gateway and bridge?
It's not "masked out", instead I have DHCP on each side. The then use IPtables to block the request from each side. Then DHCP for the "local side" will give the correct gateway address.

This way both side can get to the internet and still bridge to the other side.

I was hoping I could do this with hardware.
