hannah, a health-care information manager, receives a subpoena the...

...legality of which she questions. she should A. ignore it....(which i dont think is right)
B.seek advice of counsel..(might be)
C. comply with it unless the patient takes action to stop her..(might be)
D. makes her best guess about whether or not it's legal and either compl or ignore it.(nooo)

so its either B or C i think..and i cant figure out which one? im leaning more towards C....anyone know?
