How is working on the health care industry more rewarding than working

in manufacturing? Comparing the financial departments.

From a financial viewpoint, health care will remain while a manufacturing job will be exported to Mexico or China.
On the human side, it would be more rewarding to work in a field that helps people, rather than in a factory making widgets.
