She cares for My health but does she care for me?

I just recently broke up with my babies mother about a week ago, but I still love her. However, we both think that it's best for us right now to focuss on ourselves and seperate. The last time we spoke I asked her if she still cared for me, and she says that she cares for my wellbeing. Does that mean that she still cares for me? I plan on being there for her to support the baby. I want to be a good Dad and do right by her. I still Love this girl, she is the Love of my life,but right now we needed to do this. Is it possible that when the baby is born, and she see's me being responsible, could that spark up old feelings. If you guys can help me answer both of those questions it would mean the world.

I don't think she is willing to rekindle anything. I think that she is saying that she hopes the best for you and wants you to be happy and have a productive life but she wants to move on. If you want her back you need to make her fall in love with you all over again. Remember what made her fall head-over-heels initially? Do it again. If she seriously wants you out of her life you have to respect that, though and move on you don't wanna turn stalker.
