low income health care in san francisco?

I am in need of doctors, but I have no money, I still have bills to pay, and I know there are options out there, but I am feeling lost.
I want my self-esteem and confidence back.
Please help, somebody.
I feel like I really messed up my life, and now I have a job working retail. I want to go to school, but feel like I have no money, gee, because I blew it all.
