Heart disease?

So about 5-6 years ago my dad had a heart attack ans was diagnosed with heart disease. He has continued to smoke a pack a day, has not changed his eating habitts, and has not had an increase any physical excersize (work is about it). What can I do to help? what would his life expectancy be?

Please only serious answers, this is family.

I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but if he doesn't care about you guys enough to change life habits, you should tell him to at least buy a generous life insurance policy with you guys as beneficiaries.
