what is thr youngest age of a woman dying from heart disease or developing it

and do you have to be over weigh over weight to have it. i am NOT over weight but not been eating the last few days and now i have been eating but only ice cream and now a little mac and cheese and some water melon because only cold or warm soft things feel good on my throat---will i die from heart disease from eating bad even though i normally don't and i have not eaten in a few days..
