family guy has a spectacular aura about
Can i exercise with heart disease???

I have a condition known as vasovagal syncope (fainting) but i have never fainted, i just get light headed and on the odd occasion my heart skips a beat, but of late (past month) i have been getting more dizzy and weaker i have also been experiencing shortness of breath even after very slight excersise (walking up the steps of my 2 story house) i have woken up a few times in the middle of the night like i have been unable to breath, i also get a hot flush feeling in my face this is leading me to think i may have the onset of heart disease, i know its wrong to jump to conclusions on these things but i am a father of 2 & deeply concerned! I take b vitamins and fish oil tablets every day, but i want to buy a treadmill and start excercise by starting with 10min walks then increasing to 30 mins, but my concern is, if i did have heart disease would this be dangerous? i am 24yo and weigh about 80kg, i used to be a heavy smoker in my youth but i quit about 4years ago! any help would be great

John S has a spectacular aura about
HI, I know where you are coming from, July the 1st last year I had a heart attack, and and I'm 40 years old. I fainted on several occasions and, I never went to the doc. I was dead for 45 minutes before they bought me back. I was flow down by chopper to Prince Charles hospital. I was induced into a comma for a week and half. And now I have a defibrillator in its like a pacemaker, but it wont stop a heart attack.

So my advice to you is to go to the doctor and get a referral to have an angiogram. They go through your groin and in to your heart and if there is any blockage they will probably put a stent in. Please don't be frighten you are awake in the procedure and the doctor talks to you so you understand what is happening. they flush die in your heart it is like you wet your self, but you don't. I have had six (6) in six months.

My heart is dead down the front so I can not have a by-pass.

So please got to the doctor and ask to see a cardiologist.

Don't buy anything until you know and no strenuous exercise .

wife
my husband had been having very similar symptoms for a long time before we took notice and then it was almost too late,he didn't feel the attack just rolled onto his back and died.
please don't delay, sometimes u don't got any warnings at all, get checked out
