Possible to have heart disease at age 20?

I am 20 years old and I have been experiencing heart palpitations a lot lately. At least once a day, I can randomly feel my heart skipping a beat and then for a half hour or longer, I notice everything that happens with my heart. It makes me feel kind of dizzy, but I don't know if it's actually doing that or I'm making myself feel this way. Also, if I drink caffeine or bend over too quickly, my heart starts to race really, really fast. Sometimes it last 20 seconds, sometimes a couple minutes, but it always scares me and make me dizzy. I never have chest pain, really and I don't lose my breathe, but I get light headed.

Would it be appropriate to go to the emergency room with those symptoms? I don't have insurance or money to go to the doctor. I feel like it doesn't happen enough or seem serious enough to go. I would really like to know if something is wrong and if it's not... to have peace of mind. Thanks for any feedback.
