...disease in the country? ...I mean most of all the ingredients in our main stream food seems to be the worse on the planet...no real wheat flour but enriched or bleached flour-etc.?They say smoking but I read otherwise?
...we know that kelsey but what about from the past till now-my point is who did the damage and how long has it been going on-
...J.C.you need to kno-blame should be assesed in order to change our ways-but what you fail to kno is there are different types of blame-don't blame urself unless you have the knowledge and also the resources to correct it-otherwise I feel culpability is in the hands of the FDA.

If you really knew what you are talking about then you could make a statement like this! Do you know what is meant by enrichment? Guess not! It means that the mill that produced the flour added iron or malt in which is a type of sugar! Many bread company's need different ingredients in their flour to get the dough to turn out a certain way for their use! Iron is needed for the body and if you are a woman you should know that this helps the body in many ways including the production of strong red blood for the body! Bleaching flour is for looks and does not contaminate the flour except to raise the acidic nature of the flour! Read biology and learn something!

I'm sure that most would agree with you. After all it's easier to blame ones woes on someone else rather than look for the true reason. Usually a good look in the mirror is where the answer lies. But we have been brought up to believe that it is someone elses fault for our gluttonous behavior. Whether it be food, drink, drugs, sex, and the list goes on.

yes they are. mcdonalds chiken nuggets are made of chiken remains wendys burgers are made of worm meat ....yea worm meat and burger king have over 250 calories in their food
