Is it a heart disease? If yes, then what kind of h.disease is it?

Late 2006 i have experienced some symptoms, that I'm afraid might lead to a heart disease. Those are:
Dizziness,
Difficulty of breathing
Irregular heartbit
When I feel an intense emotion, my hands hardens.. i mean i can't move it.. then it goes up unto my cheeks, then down to my legs..
one time i have also experienced chest pain... for 2 mins. i guess..
also, sometime my eyesight blur for like 1 min, than it'll be alright again.. but this happens rarely.

just recently i saw a news about a celebrity (angelica panganiban), she's experiencing the same signs, and she's going to have an operation in her tonsil if she'll have another tonsilitis.. because it tonsil is connected to the heart.

im afraid i've been having tonsilitis, and until now my voice isn't as good as it used to be,

Do i have a heart disease? and if possible, could you tell me what kind it is...?
im 16 yrs old, i don't drink alcohlic drnks..
