heart disease-can anyone tell me what this means in english?

my mom passed away about 8months ago and on the autopsy report it said the cause of death was hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and to this day i haven't figured out what the hell that means so can anyone on here tell me what it means in english. was it like a heart attack or a stroke or what????

also if you could tell me what these mean in english as well it would be greatly appreciated although my first question is my main priority.
1. adrenal mass consistent with adrenal cortical neoplasm

2. leiomyomata or uterus, multiple, subserosal and intramuscular (ranging from 0.5 to 1.2 cm)

3. nodule of thyroid gland
