Questions about Elementary Education teacher?

I will be graduating from my community college this December with 68 credits and would like to go to MSU or William Patterson. Is that another 60 credits there? 18 for Spring and Fall and how many can you take for the summer sessions?
And do I have to have another major as well? Some advice would be nice since I know nothing about this. I will be talking to a counselor but would like some answers now from all you knowledgeable people.
And how do you get student loans so you don't have to pay until you graduate?
