Should I list my unfinished education on my resume?

I went to a school three years but I did not finish, but since then I have finished a bachelor degree in information technology.And also my major while at the school was commuications.

unfinished education on a resume shows you may be a quitter and that is undesireable to an employer.
put it in as an interest of yours...better still go back and finish it.

I would put it down as a major area of study and interest, that would be useful for an employer to take into consideration when trying to put you in the right job.
