None. 21. Because the Dept. of Education has been the main agency that has failed our school systems, whether private, or public. That same department taxes schools, and schools need the money to keep on reforming their education system, while Dept. of Education comes in, and forces us to buy their books, or other learning materials. Ever since the government created that education system, our world wide rank in education is going lower and lower, and we have more school drop outs than ever before. There should never be a "No Child Left Behind" or any other governemt intrusion, because it gets corrupt, and intend to steal all the money. In order to have a perfect education system by state, or locally, then only Ron Paul has that proposal, it's to abolish it. You should see this video, it's not that long.
