What's a good college for an Education major? Possibly an english minor.?

I'm currently a high school junior with a 4.0 GPA. I scored a 31 on my ACT this year. I've been a varsity swimmer and rower for three years, and have been a captain in both this year. I plan to continue them next year, but that's probably obvious to you. :] I've been involved in Girl Scouts throughout high school as well as Foreign Language Club and National Honor Society. I'm taking one AP course this year, and will take three more next year.

I need to pick a college I can get in to. I realize I'm a pretty good candidate, but I don't really know anything that sets me a part from other smart kids.

Anyway, I want to be either an Elementary Teacher, or a Secondary (High School) Teacher. I'd most likely want to teach English.

I'm currently considering the following colleges:
University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
Michigan State University
Eastern Michigan University
Wayne State University (As more of a back-up college, though)

What's your opinion on their education programs? :]
Also, are there any colleges you would think are better for a degree in education?
