| President's Education Awards Program...? Hi, I'm having this argument with a friend about the certificate of Outstanding Academic Excellence President's Education Awards Program. I don't know how to prove it to him that the presidents signature on the certificate is pre-printed on. He thinks that the president personally signed this with his very own hand. Could you please find me some proof or somthing like that where I can prove him wrong, cause we all know that the President has better things to do then sit around and sign papers which go to children with high academic grades.
