Pearson Education Scorer Job, THAT'S SUCKED!!!?

Hello guys,

I worked with Pearson Education, Dallas, TX as a temporary scorer. They pay for the paycheck per each 2 weeks period. My last time paycheck was on April 4, 2008, but they lacked to pay 4 more working hours to me. They told me that they didn't input those 4 hours working time sheet. Then the HR told me would issue a manual paycheck on April 8, but still didn't receive it yet. Then, they told they would pay me thru a direct deposit for next paycheck period that is today (4/18), but guess what. I didn't receive it yet and i guess they would pay it to me another next 2 week paycheck period. Do you guys think that i should file a smart court for this matter for those shamed PEARSON EDUCATION PEOPLE? I know even that i am sad and mad, but to sue them for only 4 working hours, is that worth it? Anyway, for anyone who knows Pearson Education scorer job or don't know it, DON'T TRY TO PUT YOURSELF TO WORK WITH THAT CARELESS COMPANY. THERE ARE TOO MANY MEAN PEOPLE AND THINGS THERE.
