Where do I go from here with my education?

I have a BS in Medical Technology and want to do something else besides a bench tech. I don't really have the personality to be a supervisor, and would like to go back to school for something else, but I'm not sure what. And if I do go back to school, do I go for another BS, or MS, or what? I'm so confused. Where do I even find out about continuing my formal education or getting advice?
