| College Education, Child Support? My little brother, is about to turn 19 (in August). Our parents just split up, and he is living with my Mom. He can not work due to a medical condition, and is on disability support with the government because of it. My brother is going to college in September (full-time) for 3 years to obtain a degree in the Arts... Is our dad legally required to pay for any, or all of his college education, because my Mom is who he lives with? If it weren't for our parents splitting up, my parents would have paid for all of his college education anyways. Also, is there any toll-free numbers where he could call to ask that question, without having to go through the messiness of legal aid? thanks!      |
